Sensing Form for F2F/Blended Setup

Good day, CEAT!

To forward the needs of the CEAT studentry, the CEAT Student Council prepared a Face-to-Face/Blended Learning Setup Sensing Form. The form aims to collate the courses that need an F2F component, as well as the assistance and specific concerns of the students. This form will be forwarded to the college administration for them to help craft a roadmap for #LigtasNaBalikEskwela, while responding to the concerns raised by the student.
