CEAT SC Important Links
This form is for your academic concerns, particularly the problems you are encountering in a particular subject or professor. It also gives you an option to specify the course you want to raise, and an option to provide a recommendation on how to address your concerns.
This form is targeted to your concerns regarding the academic processes and forms/permits, including, but not limited to, course forms/permits, registration, and financial assistance. Note that the academic grievance form mentioned above is for grievances on your academic performance and/or environment.
This form is created so that the Council would know the number of students in the College who have been previously or are currently infected with the COVID-19 or the number of students in the College whose family members are infected with the virus. Aside from strengthening the call for Academic Ease, this also aims to help you reach the OVCSA for possible assistance to you and your family.
This will direct you to join the CEAT Community Discord—a platform for all CEAT students, affiliated & non-affiliated, to bond together through memes, giveaways, minigames, events, and tambayans.
This is made to easily assess your physical, mental, and emotional health concerns and easily track people involved in the said concerns. Note that the timeframe in crafting resolutions to your concern depends on the specificity of your concern and your willingness to provide recommendations on how to address your concerns.
This will direct you to the centralized Facebook group used by CEAT students and FICs in sharing NSTP announcements and other related information.
This will direct you to the CEAT OCS website that includes all the necessary downloadable forms you would be needing to accomplish such requirements in the University. The forms include, but are not limited to, the application form of GE Elective Plan of Study, Plan of Course Work, forms needed when dropping a course, requesting for TCG, etc.
This form is for those who wish to volunteer to become part of the CEAT SC Volunteer Corps for the semester. This form is recurring and accepts volunteers throughout the semester.
