Take note of the appointment dates: June 29, 2022 [Wednesday] • Graduating students as of Midyear 2022 • Batch 2019 and earlier • Graduate Students

June 30, 2022 [Thursday] • Batch 2020 • Batch 2021 • Graduate Students

On the use of UPLB DX AMIS: • Starting 22 June 2022, the UPLB DX: Academic Management Information System (AMIS) will be deployed to accommodate Consent of Instructor requests for Midyear 2022. • Students may access DX AMIS at https://amis.uplb.edu.ph/ • COIs approved in DX AMIS are batch processed and may take a day to be reflected in SAIS. • Any problem/issue encountered during DX AMIS Login and Application of Consent of Instructor may be reported by accomplishing this form: https://forms.gle/fVtqH38XuqoghxoR6.

UP Student Academic Information System (SAIS) will still be used for enlistment/registration and change of matriculation for Midyear 2022.
