Bayanihan Bakunahan: The 3rd National COVID-19 Vaccination Days on 10-11 February 2022

The Office of the Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs released an announcement regarding the COVID-19 vaccination for UPLB students, personnel, and their dependents.

Please be informed of the following information:

[BAYANIHAN BAKUNAHAN: THE 3RD NATIONAL COVID-19 VACCINATION DAYS ON 10-11 FEBRUARY 2022]

Vaccine Available: PFIZER

UPLB students, personnel, and their dependents, including those 12-17 years old who missed their FIRST DOSE or BOOSTER DOSE, may walk in at the UPLB Vaccination Hub on 10 or 11 February 2022 (Thu or Fri) from 1:00 PM onward.

To be able to participate in this activity, the vaccine recipient should prepare first the following requirements:

For FIRST DOSE:

After securing an MGLB LAB ID/QR Code, register for COVID-19: https://www.mglb-covid19-tracker.com/Cont.../registration...

For BOOSTER DOSE:

Qualified: a. Received 2nd dose of Sinovac, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Moderna, Gamaleya Sputnik, or Sinopharm on 10 NOVEMBER 2021 or earlier (at least 3 months ago) b. Received the single dose of Janssen on 10 DECEMBER 2021 or earlier (at least 2 months ago)
For those vaccinated in Los Baños (UPLB Copeland Gym, Los Baños Evacuation Center, Batong Malake Covered Court, etc.), just bring your MGLB LAB ID/QR Code, vaccination card and UPLB ID.
