As the college transitions to a face-to-face conduct for the Second Semester A.Y. 2022-2023 as advised by the OVPAA Memo No. 2022-171 and the OC Memo No. 009 s. 2023, CEAT Students are required to pass their Student Commitment to Disclose Health Events and a Waiver Form.
