ENGRAIN
ENGRAIN is an initiative that rips the paper-thin layer of development that hides the inhumane, unjust, and ill nature of society in the field of engineering. Through a series of monthly postings, ENGRAIN will provide a critical and encompassing look at engineering, infrastructure, and technological projects — going beyond the physical manifestation of development and exposing the costs, the malign objectives, and how these projects are used as propaganda to keep the system of injustice. Through ENGRAIN, CEATSC aims to establish an attitude, within engineers of the people (today or in the future) and the general public, of criticality that is crucial in the creation of engineering projects that benefit the masses and forward the nation's industrialization.

ENGRAIN: Wage, Land, and Human Rights Violations — Prices of Green for the Elite
"What's the use of green technologies, when workers are underpaid and overworked?"

UPLB February Fair 2023
The UPLB February Fair began as the students’ response to the declaration of Martial Law in September 1972. To this day, this campaign is being forwarded by the event, along with other campaigns such as call for inclusive education, equal rights of the LGBTQIA+, labor empowerment, and women empowerment.
The CEAT Student Council, as part of the All Student Council Assembly of UPLB, served as organizers of this event. The Council co-headed the Grounds and Layout subcommittee of the Logistics Committee. A few of its members were also part of the Publicity Committee.

ES Paper Drive
Opened the ESPD for the second semester AY 2022-2023 in coordination with the Engineering Science Department. A booth was also situated in the CEAT Building A Lobby to accommodate students.
Kahidlaw: CEAT Arts Month Celebration
February is National Arts Month, prompting the organizers to promote the diversity and freedom born from art. Art is more than just an expression of self and emotions: it exhibits ideas and prompts: essential to having a revolutionary life. In partnership with the CEAT Freshman Council, Kahidlaw shall showcase the artistic prowess of our fellow CEAT students through a mini CEAT art gallery at the CEAT Buidling A.

Summits, Conventions, and Events Attended
43rd National Congress of KASAMA sa UP (KSUP) and the 54th Convention of the General Assembly of Student Councils (GASC)
Both were held in the University of the Philippines Cebu last January 30-February 1, 2023 and February 2-4, 2023, respectively, with Chairperson Visaya, ColRep Yangco, Councilor Lajara, Councilor Molina, Councilor Opeña, and Councilor Roma attended as delegates of the UPLB CEATSC.
The Council, along with various student councils across the UP System, convened to develop their leadership skills through workshops, raise their social awareness through educational discussions (EDs) and Basic Masses Integration (BMI), and adopt resolutions addressing systemwide and national issues in the country.
The CEAT Student Council authored a resolution on intensifying the campaign for a pro-people transportatio services given the continuous oil price hikes and occurring transportation crisis
